Antipodes Organic Gin Fizz

• 60ml Antipodes Organic Gin
• 20ml lemon juice
• 20ml syrup
• 20ml egg whites

Shake together all contents to maximise frothage for over 15 seconds. Serve in a wine glass with several ice cubes. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

 

Anipodes Organic Irish Espresso Martini

• 2.5 parts Antipodes Organic Espresso Liqueur
• 1 part whiskey (preferably organic)
• a couple of cubes of ice

Shake the ingredients hard, strain the contents into a cocktail glass, leave for 15 seconds to settle, put on your favourite play list & enjoy.

 

Pink Gin Iced Tea

• 150ml Antipodes Pink Organic Gin
• 100ml Spiced Rum
• 1 - 1.5 lt Iced Tea
• Elderflower & a Grapefruit

Stir liquid contents into a jug, with ice, and squeeze half of the grapefruit into the jug. Slice the remaining grapefruit and add to jug, with the elderflower. Serve form the jug, preferably into tall glasses, and a reusable straw.
