Antipodes Organic Espresso Sour

• 2.5 parts Antipodes Organic Espresso Liqueur
• 1 part fresh lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• 0.5 part sugar syrup
• Lemon or lime wedge (for garnish)

Pour Espresso Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a shaker. Shake for ten seconds. Then add a big scoop of ice and shake again. Strain into an martini glass. A simple but classic cocktail. Garnish with lemon or lime. Like the 80's, this will always deliver good times.

Anipodes Organic Irish Espresso Martini

• 2.5 parts Antipodes Organic Espresso Liqueur
• 1 part whiskey (preferably organic)
• a couple of cubes of ice

Shake the ingredients hard, strain the contents into a cocktail glass, leave for 15 seconds to settle, put on your favourite play list & enjoy.

Antipodes Organic Espresso Pancakes

• 1.5 cups of plain flour
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 50 grams of unsalted butter, melted
• 50-100ml Antipodes Organic Espresso Liqueur

Mix all ingredients briskly except Liqueur. Heat a frypan and cook in for 90 seconds. Serve stacked on a warm plate, garnish, and generously pour over Antipodes Organic Espresso Liquer.
