The combination of these Organic botanicals creates a London Dry Gin that is a perfect mixer with Tonic or Soda and a great base for one of the hugely popular gin based cocktails.

 

Southside Cocktail

• 60ml Antipodes Organic Gin
• 6 fresh mint leaves
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice (& piece for garnish)
• Ice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake until mint is well bruised. Fill glass with ice cubes, and pour over shaker contents, add lemon or lime to garnish.

 

Antipodes Organic Gin Fizz

• 60ml Antipodes Organic Gin
• 20ml lemon juice
• 20ml syrup
• 20ml egg whites

Shake together all contents to maximise frothage for over 15 seconds. Serve in a wine glass with several ice cubes. Garnish with rosemary sprig.

 

Classic Martini

• 60ml Antipodes Organic Gin
• Vermouth to taste
• Green olive or cocktail onion

A Martini all comes down to the quality of the Gin, & Antipodes Organic Gin is a stand out Gin. To add some theatre, have a frozen glass, add the Vermouth to the Gin (you can actually stir it in, but if you have a dinner suit on & in the mood, feel free to shake the contents prior to the pour), and then garnish with an olive, or left field a small onion.
