About See Saw Wines

See Saw Wines is a family-owned organic producer from Orange, NSW, one of Australia’s most exciting high-altitude cool-climate wine regions. Justin and Pip Jarrett have been growing grapes in Orange for more than 30 years, building See Saw around certified organic farming, sustainable vineyard management and wines that feel fresh, bright and full of regional energy.

The winery is led by a strong family and technical team, including owners Justin and Pip Jarrett, vineyard manager Brendan Jarrett and winemaker Monica Gray. See Saw’s vineyards sit across three elevations — 700, 800 and 900 metres — giving the team a wide palette of fruit profiles, acidity and ripeness levels. This is a big part of why the wines can feel so crisp, aromatic and balanced.

Where Is See Saw From?

See Saw comes from Orange in the Central West of NSW, a region known for elevation, cool nights, bright acidity and beautifully aromatic fruit. The vineyards sit between 700 and 900 metres, which helps preserve freshness and gives the wines their crisp, lifted character. It is especially well suited to sparkling, whites, Pinot Noir, Gamay and other cool-climate styles.

Organic, Vegan and Sustainable Farming

See Saw’s vineyards are certified organic, and the wines are made with a strong sustainability focus from vineyard to bottle. The Jarrett family has spent decades improving soil health, reducing chemical inputs and farming in a way that supports long-term resilience. From the 2019 vintage onwards, See Saw range wines are organically certified and vegan.

What Makes See Saw Different?

See Saw brings together serious organic farming and wines that are genuinely easy to enjoy. The range is fresh, colourful and modern, but the foundations are deeply practical: estate-grown fruit, high-altitude vineyards, minimal-intervention winemaking and a clear commitment to environmental care. It is one of the best brands for customers wanting organic wine that feels bright, joyful and uncomplicated.

What Is See Saw Known For?

See Saw is especially known for organic Prosecco, crisp whites, rosé and lighter cool-climate reds. The wines tend to show citrus, pear, red berries, soft florals and clean, refreshing finishes. The style is food-friendly and relaxed, with enough detail to appeal to customers who care about provenance and farming.

Why We Love See Saw

We love See Saw because it makes organic wine feel fresh, fun and beautifully Australian. These are wines for picnics, long lunches, sunny afternoons and easy entertaining, but they are backed by real vineyard work and strong environmental values. See Saw is a natural fit for customers who want certified organic wine without heaviness or fuss.

Food & Cuisine Pairing Ideas

See Saw wines are made for fresh, flavourful food. Pair the sparkling and whites with seafood, salads, sushi, soft cheeses, roast chicken and vegetable tarts. The rosé and lighter reds work beautifully with charcuterie, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, pizza, picnic food and Mediterranean-style plates.

Who Will Enjoy These Wines?

See Saw is ideal for drinkers who enjoy bright, fresh, organic wines with a cool-climate edge. It suits customers who love crisp whites, easy sparkling, lighter reds and modern low-intervention styles that still taste clean and polished. If you want organic wine that is vibrant, approachable and made with genuine care for the land, See Saw is a lovely choice.
