Cloudy golden straw in colour with aromas of candied lime and lemon sherbet. The palate is bright and zippy, showing citrus, tangy Riesling drive and a gently textural Marsanne backbone. Winemaking

Made from 100% organic Riesling and Marsanne. Both varieties were harvested in the early morning (Riesling on 15 Feb, Marsanne on 1 Mar) and whole‑berry pressed to stainless steel for natural, cool fermentation. The ferment was stopped at the perfect balance of sugar and acid — around 10 g/L residual sugar — before being bottled under crown seal to finish fermenting in bottle. Yeast lees remain to add texture, complexity and that signature Pet Nat cloudiness.
