Tasting Notes for See Saw Organic Rosecco from the Winery 

These Rosecco Piccolos 200ml bottles, are the perfect me-time drink when you want a glass, and don't want to open a whole bottle. 

Rosecco, See Saw's sell out Prosecco and Pinot Noir blend is coming back for 2024. Australia's first organic Rosé Prosecco. It's See Saw's famous Prosecco with a dash of pink, bursting with fun florals, crisp green apple red berries and zippy citrus. 

Colour: The prettiest pale pink blush you will ever see!

Aroma: Strawberries with a background of red delicious apple complement classic lemon sherbet and green pear from the Prosecco.  

Palate: Red berries and crunchy apple delight on the palate. Finishing crisp and dry, our Rosecco is a joy to drink!

Winemaking

Prosecco was harvested from Annangrove Park on the 13th and 14th February based on flavour and balance in the fruit. The juice was cold settled before it was inoculated with a neutral sparkling yeast strain. The ferment was long and cool to preserve delicate fruit aromatics and flavours. The addition of Pinot Noir, also from Annangrove Park, brought a pink hue and red fruit to the fore. Stored in stainless steel prior to bottling in July 2024.
