The fruit comes from the Bosworth family’s certified organic vineyard in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The vineyard was established in the early 1970s and converted to organic viticulture from 1995, with vines fully certified A-grade organic by Australian Certified Organic. This non-vintage release is 12.5% ABV, with approximately 14 g/L residual sugar and a bright sparkling profile built around fruit, citrus and soft bubbles.

Joch began converting the vineyard to organic viticulture in 1995, and the vines have been certified organic since 1999. Spring Seed’s labels are inspired by vintage flower seed packets, matching the wines’ bright, approachable and organically grown character.
