Lovely pale straw colour, the nose is youthful and vibrant with lemon sherbet, citrus and pear notes. The palate is crisp and minerally, with nashi pear and citrus. Perfect as an aperitif and will develop a little more richness as it ages.
This is an impressive looking crowd pleaser, that screams fun times at spring/summer get-togethers with friends & family. Match it with oysters or goats cheese salad.
