This cool climate Orange Sauvignon Blanc is pale in colour with aromas of tropical fruits, passionfruit and gooseberry followed by a fresh palate tasting of citrus and more tropical fruits.
It drinks well on its own but try with fresh oysters or steamed mussels.
Please Note: Due to four years of drought reducing the yield, and growing demand, grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards which are just starting their three year Organic Certification process. Therefore this vintage has been declassified and is not Certified Organic.
