A staple of Australian wine, Chardonnay is perfectly suited to cooler regions. Our long steady growing season allows grapes to reach peak flavour and complexity with balanced sugar and acidity.

Bouquet: Crisp green apple and citrus aromas.
Palate: Full fruit flavours with light oak, vibrant acidity and a lingering finish.
Serving Suggestions: Enjoy with chicken, fish, scallops, creamy pasta dishes.
Alcohol: 13.5
Preservative Free: No sulphur was added to this wine.
Oak: Wild ferment in French oak.
Cellaring: Drink now or store below 10°C
