This vintage provided ideal ripening to create a medium sweet Riesling. Hand crafted with a percent of botrytis affected berries, this wine is complex with layers of flavour. Aromas of pineapple and lemon lead into a rich palate showing apricot nectar with hints of orange peel and fennel. A captivating wine which will develop with bottling age.

Neatly balanced sweetness and acidity a good starting point; to be enjoyed before the meal, during it, or at the finish with a fruit/cake (not cream)-based dessert; there are flavours of lime leaf, lemon, green pineapple and fennel that come and go, the acidity spot on.
