Bright garnet colour, red cherry and ripe strawberry aromas with French oak nuances. The palate is fruitful with subtle earthy characters and smooth savoury tannins. A selection of hand-picked whole bunch Pinot Noir from the Bellview vineyard, grown at 650 m altitude. Pairs well with full-flavoured meats or a vegan parmigiana.
