The taste is a delicious surprise. This is not a sweet wine! Rather, there are small amounts of moreish bitterness from the skin contact, with hints of minerality and a savoury, meatiness on the palate.
This dry style of Rose is the perfect accompaniment for a barbeque with charry meats or a grilled haloumi and watermelon salad. This one will definitely become a Spring/Summer favourite.
