Sauvignon Blanc is successfully grown in Australia, particularly in cool climate areas, which provide a long steady growing season where grapes can ripen & develop a natural balance of acids and sugars. All grapes in this wine are organically grown & certified.

The high altitude, cool climate and volcanic red soils in our Orange vineyards are ideal for growing premium quality Sauvignon Blanc.

Vintage Conditions: Exceptional quality, picked beginning of March.

Bouquet: Fresh passionfruit and lemon grass aromas.
Palate: Ripe tropical fruit with a citrus driven finish.
Serving Suggestions: Can you hear the weekend calling? Sun, surf and Sav.

Alcohol: 12.0%
Minimal Sulphites used: A minimal amount of sulphur dioxide has been added to this wine to keep it stable and fresh.
Cellaring: 5 yrs in a cellar <20°C
