See Saw Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a Gold Medal winner at the Orange Wine Show, praised for its vibrant fruit profile and expressive aromatics, making it a standout in the cool-climate category.

Style | Dry, crisp, and refreshing — ideal for warm-weather sipping or pairing with seafood.

Aroma | Honeydew melon, citrus zest, and a hint of passionfruit — fresh and inviting.

Palate |  Fleshy grapefruit and green melon dominate, with mid-palate fruit power and a long, chalky lime acidity.

Colour | Medium straw, bright and lively.

Food matches |  Think lazy afternoon with friends in the sun, fresh oysters or some cheeky takeaway fish and chips.

Winemaking | Harvested in the cool morning on the 17th and 18th February. Fruit was whole-berry pressed to stainless steel. The free run juice was clarified before being inoculated with a specific yeast strain to complement the distinctive aromatics of Sauvignon Blanc. Left on light fluffy lees for 3 months to build palate texture and complexity. The wine was slightly filtered and bottled in July.
