Aromas of fresh and lifted Granny Smith apple, pear, honeysuckle and spice. Palate hints of citrus and spice, complemented by mouth-watering fruit richness and long crisp finish.
This wine is luscious, beautifully aromatic and perfect with Asian influenced food.
Tasting Notes for See Saw Organic Pinot Gris 2023 from the Winery
Colour | Golden straw
Aroma | Nashi pear, candied lemon, and spice.
Palate | Medium bodied with textual fleshy pear, quince and a lingering finish.
Winemaking | Harvested from Annangrove Park vineyard in the cool of the morning.
No sulphur added before being whole berry pressed to stainless steel. Fermented for 10 days, and matured on lees for 6 months. Bottled October 2023.
Food matches | A great aperitif on a Summer's afternoon with cheese, or served with seafood.
