It has enticing white pepper spice, and dark cherry aromatics and is underpinned with coffee bean and vanilla from the American Oak. It has generous length on the palate with flavours of dark berry fruits and spice that marry beautifully with the velvety tannins giving it a nice long finish.
A firm, bold and expressive wine that portrays the characteristics of the Wrattonbully region. Pairs beautifully with most spicy cuisines.
