Overt floral, fresh grapey and musk nose, typical of the White Muscat grape (aka Muscat à Petits Grains) with a hint of spice. Also some hints of apricots and stonefruit (courtesy of the Viognier). The palate is quite full and rich with plenty of acid and a finish that leaves you wanting to take another sip.
We have had this wine opened for nearly a week and tasted it over that period and it is showing no signs of deterioration. Well made and a welcome aromatic addition to our No Added Preservative white wine offerings.

The different grapes were cold fermented in stainless steel, then blended together and were aged for 7 months on lees. No oak contact. No sulphur dioxide added and bottled under nitrogen to protect the wine.
