When David & Barbara Bruer established a small vineyard at Langhorne Creek in South Australia in the early 70's, they wouldn't have been aware of the profound effect that their foray into wine would have on the Organic viticulture industry. Temple Bruer Wines is now a benchmark and the envy of many, they go the extra mile. They have an extensive Preservative Free red range but out current favourite is their Shiraz Malbec blend. Mouth-filling & full flavoured with plum, blackcurrants & spice coming through on the palate.

Celebrating over 100 years of wine making, Angove Family Winemakers also has a very deep pedigree in the Organic viticulture arena. The pioneering spirit of Dr Angove is evident at the winery, and a little piece in every bottle too! One of our underrated gems is their premium Wild Olive Shiraz that captures the essence of McLaren Vale. Aromas of blackberry, plum and oak with a palate of a full bodied wine with a peppery note on the tongue. An outstanding wine, a Gold Medal to prove it from Saint Martin Oak Shiraz challenge 2019, and at an ever day price. This is one to discover!

We are really proud to have worked closely for over a decade with the Statham family of Rosnay Wines. Recognition for their commitment has come through Landcare awards and critical acclaim for their wines. Their passion for winemaking & the environment is second to none and is typified by their Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre (GSM) Preservative Free blend. Soft on the nose, a warm rouge in colour, with flavours of cherries and dark plums that last on the palate. A stunning preservative free wine.

We couldn't leave this trio without showing off a stunner from Tamburlaine Organic Wines.  With vineyards in the Hunter Valley & Orange region, they are known for their pedigree, and commitment to pushing the boundaries in Organic viticulture. We had a great time catching up with Mark & the team earlier this year, impressed by their hay bale sheds and water recyling ponds. Also super-impressive is their Single Vineyard Malbec, with light spice and vanilla characters, it's farmed at over 850m, and is just a world class wine. Go on treat yourself!
