A 'FULL ON' barrel fermented Yarra Valley Chardonnay with ADVANTAGES! Simply PURE, NATURAL and HANDMADE! Full-bodied but restrained Chardonnay was made from hand-picked grapes from the Olsen Park Estate Vineyard.
This wine shows excellent barrel ferment/yeast lees complexity.
Colour is pale lemon with green tinge. The result is a serious Chardonnay with absolutely no added preservtaives or allergens. If you are concerned about the additives and preservatives in what you eat and drink then try this wine - it will redefine your approach to purchasing wines.
