A light spritz. Very controllable to open.
Decant prior to serving.
Winemaking: Biodynamic, organically grown fruit. Hand harvested. Some whole bunch, cold soaked and fermented on skins. Gently basket pressed to French Oak for the remaining fermentation. Hand bottled without fining or filtration with residual sugar added for a light fizz. Zeo sulphites added
About Freehand: Freehand wines are created using organic/biodynamic grapes; grown with maximum attention, vinified with minimal intervention and no preservatives are added. The vineyard is not certified although the Eastwell family have been practising organic/biodynamic principles since 2008.
