Our ‘Ash’ range of wines is sourced from the best Organic Vineyards in New South Wales including our Family Vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley. Made by our winemaker Ashley Horner these wines are as individual as they are delicious. All single vineyard wines, all small batches, all organic and all made in the Hunter Valley.
Our Rosé is made using organic Merlot grapes from the cool climate region of Orange. We start the process with a cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to ensure the fruit characters and freshness is retained. On the nose you will find sweet strawberries with a subtle herbaceous lift. The palate is filled with strawberries and pears with a dry finish.
