"A properly certified organic young shiraz, with plenty of vibrant and juicy flavour - some bright red fruits and plums, really lively and soft, sweeping playful tannins and a simple, direct, fleshy palate shape. Bright, fresh, balanced and a bargain.Nick Stock - Good Wine Guide

The Story

WINEMAKING/VITICULTURE: Made with organic winemaking techniques with very little winemaking intervention. The grapes for this wine were sourced from four family owned vineyards that are organically certified. The Barich family vineyard is located on the Murray River at Loxton, The Palena family vineyard lies near Barmera, the Strachan family vineyard sits in the Sellicks foothills subregion of McLaren Vale, and the Carypidis family of Virginia are in the Adelaide Plains.
