A rich medium to full bodied wine with blackberry, plummy and earthy fruit flavours. Layers of intense dark fruit and warm vanilla aromas supported by soft tannins and good length.

Hand harvested on the 7th March 2002.
Merlot 13.5 Baume, Cabernet 14.5.
Oak: American/French 12 months
Analysis: Alcohol 14.5%, pH 3.51, SO2 15PPM (free), SO2 42PPM (total).
The wine is currently drinking very well now and will improve with 3 to 5 years of bottle cellaring.
