This wine is a well-crafted example of an Australian Tempranillo, with it's gorgeous ruby red hues, vanilla aromas, created by time in an oak barrel and hints of sugar coated almonds. It is young and bold and invites tasting.

The 2015 vintage of Vinifera won't seem to sit still. Each sip is an evolution as it breathes and develops over an evening. Initially the wine is quite warm in your mouth, but opens up to flavours more typical of a Tempranillo, savoury meatiness, leather characteristics, and cherry, all with some fine, drying tannins.

Our tasting crew all rated this wine a winner. And not only is it delicious, but the attractive bottle and recently redesigned label certainly bring a bit of class to the table. The perfect wine for a tapas dinner, a spicy Italian meal, or even a smoky roast beef with all the trimmings.
