Warm weather is coming, and with it, the perfect opportunity to enjoy all the flavours of the naturally aromatic Val Soléu Organic Rosé.
This Organic Rose from Provence is produced by Cellier des Dauphins, a winery nestled in the southern Rhône Valley, in the foothills of the southern Alps. Organic, aromatic, eco-friendly. These are the words to best describe this wine. Inspired by a terroir of lavender and olive trees, the winegrowers created this fresh and aromatic organic rose while respecting the environment.

WINEMAKING

Parcel selection of aromatic grapes Cinsault and Grenache. Meticulous work of our winegrowers who practice night harvesting at an hour which is optimal for the concentration of fruit aromas known as the “thiol hour”. Minimum transport time to the cellar. Cold pressing to preserve aromatic freshness and minimise the extraction of natural pigments (anthocyanins). Controlled settling of the juice before fermentation enables the wine to express all its aromatic potential. Controlled fermentation with selected yeasts is followed by gentle racking. Careful ageing of fine lees reveals its aromatic purity
