Dark red in colour, this Shiraz has rich aromas of dark plum and spice. The palate is soft, showing blackcurrant and plum flavours, balanced with sweet American oak. This wine will benefit from cellaring for a few years, to add softness and complexity. This wine is drinking well now and will continue to mature with age.
