WINEMAKING: This is a first, a lighter style Sparkling that is Preservative Free and Organic. Having only 8% alcohol content yet retaining a full body, and delivering akin to full strength Sparkling. Windworie winemakers have pushed the boundaries of modern wine making to produce a Sparkling that is made to be consumed today. A wonderful choice to enjoy and celebrate with.
