Pale yellow in colour, the nose boasts tropical and citrus aromas and hints of fennel seed. On the mid-weight palate you are seduced by luscious texture, a little sweetness and flavours more towards stone-fruit. A good citrus tang keeps the flavours lingering. An interesting and affordable multi-dimesional Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
The Natural Wine Co is a second label for Jason and Rebecca O'Dea of Pig in the House fame. They saw it as an opportunity to emphasise the regions ability to produce vibrant approachable wines from certified organic vineyards.
