Premium Shiraz, Malbec and Petit Verdot grapes from our own organic vineyards were crushed and fermented on skins to extract the vibrant colour and ? avour of these varieties.
WINEMAKING
Extended barrel ageing preceded the second fermentation in bottle where the wine spent 6 months on yeast lees prior to disgonging and bottling under the new sparkling screwcap.
TASTING NOTES
COLOUR Deep Red.
AROMA Cloves, spicy blackberry and regional notes of earthy mushroom.
FLAVOUR Blackberry follows onto the palate intertwined with notes of plum.
