Ruby red in colour with bright strawberry and cherry aromas, and a hint of earthy notes. Similar red fruit flavours flow through on the palate, with warm spice and showing soft tannins and lovely structure. A very popular light style Pinot Noir.
2020 NEW VINTAGE
WINEMAKING
Both Pinot batches were cool fermented, with pump overs two to three times a day to extract the soft tannins and delicate flavours. Inoculated with MLF and pressed out a few days after sitting on skins for optimum balance. The wines were settled overnight before racking into a combination of French Oak and allowed to mature prior to bottling.
