WILDFLOWERS OF EDEN
Flavours of cherry, watermelon and citrus flow through this rose into a crisp pallet showing freshly cut pineapple and lime characters, and on the finish a gentle chalk like texture and citrus acidity.

Certified organic berries were grown in Eden Valley, picked and hand-crafted into this rose without adding preservatives. This wine captures the core of Temple Bruer, mindfully creating wines while respecting nature.

EDEN VALLEY VINEYARD
The fruit for this wine was grown in Temple Bruer’s certified organic vineyard in Eden Valley. 20 year old vines growing in a mixture of light sandy loam, with some granite over clay. The fruit is organically grown in our vineyard where we work towards improving the health of the vines and the soil to achieve outstanding fruit quality while caring for our environment.

WINEMAKING
Picking commenced during the middle of February, berries were crushed and pressed off skin immediately, the juice was then cold settled and racked before fermentation commenced. Towards the end of fermentation the wine was passed over cabernet skins to add complexity and colour to the rose. No sulphur dioxide has been added to this wine at any point during winemaking or bottling.
