Straight Chardonnay in bright new packaging. Pale straw in colour with pink highlights, the nose entices with citrus, pear and some tropical notes, pineapple perhaps. The palate is fresh with bright acid and a slightly viscous texture (from the malo fermentation) revealing more tropical and stonefruit flavours. It finishes dry with a gentle grip that cleanses your palate. Great drinking.

AROMA Pear, lemon and pineapple complexes with notes on freshly cut grass.
FLAVOUR Bright acidity and a gentle grip towards a dry finish.
