Michelle Says: Bargain Pinot Alert, organic-in-conversion fruit from Eden Valley, made by Temple Bruer. Bright pinot flavours with youthful acid.
Deep and bright red colour. On the nose: delicate strawberries and raspberries note with a hint of earthiness Very delicate mouth feel, intense fruitiness and good freshness. A tight tannin on final finish.
OVERVIEW
It may be hard to believe, but we’re still one of the only Australian wineries to be both 100 percent organic and carbon neutral. Our wines have been preservative-free now for 10 years and like we mentioned earlier, our main brag is our focus on hitting the perfect balance between a top quality taste and taking care of Mother Earth.
