A wine full of fresh fruit flavours of plum, blackberry and raspberry, followed by lifted floral notes. The palate has firm fine tannins and is balanced with flavours of cinnamon and spice with some aged cabernet characters of thyme and earthiness. This wine is drinking well now as it has benefitted and become complex with some bottle aging. Enjoy it with rosemary lamb roast. This wine is vegan friendly.
