Winery/Brand: Temple Bruer

This wine is deep red in colour. The nose shows mulberries, red forest berries and mint. Regional characters of earth and musk also show. The palate is full and well supported by fine mouth coating tannins. The wine finishes dry with flavours of earth and cedar lingering.

The Story

Sourced from the Temple Bruer’s certified organic vineyard the fruit used to create this wine was primarily co-fermented. The Must was pumped over the cap for approximately one week, gentle pressing followed before the fermentation finished. Malolactic fermentation was encouraged and at its completion the wine was matured in oak barrels. French oak was principally used to create this wine.
