Raspberry, blackberry and apricot flavours with a dash of vanilla make a captivating fruit driven wine. Fruit flavour, together with fine, light tannins make this wine a perfect partner for antipasto, pasta dishes and cheese platters.
The fruit for this wine was grown in Temple Bruer’s vineyard, which is certified by BFA as A-Grade organic. This is the fourth vintage of this Rhone blend. The three varieties were fermented separately and blended before undergoing Malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling in August 2005.
