An exceptional vintage in the rolling slopes of the Hilltops, NSW, has yielded this vibrant young purple shiraz showing lots of juicy red berry fruit on the nose, raspberry and sweet vanilla spice. The palate is lively as expected with plums and red fruit and a touch of vanilla. Medium bodied with soft silky tannins. Very gluggable.

Please Note: Due to four years of drought reducing the yield, and growing demand, grapes for this wine were sourced from vineyards which are just starting their three year Organic Certification process. Therefore this vintage has been declassified and is not Certified Organic.
