The Story

The grapes to make this wine were harvested early from the Tamburlaine vineyards in cool highlands of the Orange wine growing region. Sulphur dioxide HAS NOT been added at any stage to this lovely Preservative Free Sparkling wine. The cuvée went through extended lees contact, partial secondary fermentation and careful blending to create extra richness to this low dosage style. The result is remarkable.

For the past year or so..all wines and sparklings with sulphates I cant seem to drink anymore... no matter what brand or vintage...so I gave it one last try and bought preservative organic...and wow I am very happy with the taste.. texture freshness.. of this lovely sparkly. Most important of all...no heavy head..no after effects....I can drink bubbles again.

I am allergic to preservatives and have not been able to enjoy any sparkling wines for years. Now finally I have found this wonderful drop and am so great full to Tamburlaine to supply this. I hope they continue to make it as I would not want to be without out it now that I have finally found this treasure. Thank you so much!!!
