This cool climate Orange Chardonnay is pale gold in colour with aromas of citrus stone-fruit and grilled nuts. The palate shows full flavours, a good acid line and lovely texture with more ripe stone-fruit and a hint of oak and spice.

The volcanic red soils of our high altitude cool climate vineyards grow lower yielding, intensely flavoured and superbly structured Chardonnay.
Vintage Conditions: One of the best seasons to date.Colour and flavour in the grapes this year were amazing and gave the winemakers great parcels to work with.
Bouquet: Pear and tropical fruit aromas.
Palate: Full fruit flavours with light oak, vibrant acidity and a lingering finish.
Serving Suggestions: Enjoy with chicken, fish, scallops, creamy pasta dishes.
Preservative Free: No sulphur was added to this wine.
Harvest date: April 2015
Oak: Wild ferment in French oak.
