RegionDerwent Valley, TAS
Fastly becoming cult like, this Pinot Gris is something special. A stunning rose gold colour in the glass. Naturally fermented in 2-5 year old 500 litre puncheons spending seven months on lees.
This wine has a light pink colour with an amber hue due to the extended skin contact. On the nose it displays rosewater and hints of ripe nashi pear flavours followed by a rich and textural palate that has a good balance, and with ripe fruit on the back palate.

Their much sought-after wines are the result of a passionate unrelenting quest for perfection. This passion, along with free thinking and attention to detail allows them to create wines which reflect this vision.
