BERRIES – HERBACEOUS – VELVETY
This Veneto grown, organic and vegan-certified Cabernet is made without the addition of sulphur, selecting the healthiest grapes, and fermented on skins with low-sulphur dioxide producing yeast at 25°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Dark and red berry fruit aromas, with notes of herbaceousness, and velvety, soft texture.
Tasting Notes for Settimo Podere Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 from the Winery
Intense dark red color. Fruity aroma with hints of red berry fruit, herbaceous, full aroma wine. Velvety, soft and harmonious wine.
Classic red vinification without the addition of sulfur dioxide. The healthiest grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are selected. Fermentation is activated through selected low sulfur dioxide-producing yeasts and takes place with the skins at a temperature of 25 ° C for a week. Subsequently the wine is filtered in a sterile way and stored in tanks at a controlled temperature to avoid possible oxidation.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Residual sugar: around 3 gr/lt
Total acidity: around 5.2 gr/lt
So2: <10 mg/lt. No added sulphites wine.
Serving temperature: to be served at 18°C
