Here at See Saw we love Pinot Noir so this vintage we thought we'd celebrate Spring by launching a Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé. We think you might agree that it is the prettiest bottle you ever did see!

Grape variety | 100% organic pinot noir

Winemaking | We picked our Pinot Noir grapes from our Annangrove Park vineyard on the 30th January in the pristine cool of the night.

Colour | The prettiest pale pink blush you will ever see!

Aroma | Close your eyes and imagine you are walking through a field of plump, ripe strawberries topped with lashings of freshly whipped cream! This is the delightful aroma that will greet you when you open our Sparkling Rosé.

Palate | The delicious aroma floats onto the palate to fill the mouth with beautiful strawberry fruit and soft round acidity with subtle brioche characters!

Food matches | Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, fried fare, spicy Asian dishes. Also excellent with pastries, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things.
