A pretty, pale lemon colour, this high-altitude grown sparkling wine shows fresh, bell clear lemon characters with notes of custard apple, peach skin, honeydew, and almond kernel. The soft bubbles remind of old-fashioned lemonade and lemon sherbet. Keeping in theme, it would be lovely with a mezze plate of pimento stuffed green olives, sharp pecorino, and prosciutto. Tasted on a Fruit Day (20 May).

See Saw is the only brand in the Orange region to have planted Prosecco (Glera) and we are so glad we did! The vines love this terroir and cool climate as much as our customers love our Prosecco.
Colour: A generous bead of bubbles with a soft pale straw hue.
Aroma: Freshly and lively hints of honeydew melon and freshly cut pear.
Palate: Soft on the palate with a sherbet like acidity that finished crisp and refreshing with a touch of complexity.
Food matches: Enjoy with prosciutto, stuffed mushrooms, creamy sauces, almonds, seafood, fried fare, spicy Asian dishes. Also excellent with pastries, biscuits, cakes and other sweet things.
Winemaking: The fruit was pressed straight from the vineyard with only the free run portion retained. Cold settled and fermented cool at 10 degrees celsius in tank. Made in the Charmat method of sparkling production the style favoured by many Prosecco producers.
