Colour | Golden straw

Aroma | Nashi pear, candied lemon, and spice.

Palate | Medium bodied with textual fleshy pear, quince and a lingering finish.

Winemaking | Harvested from Annangrove Park vineyard in the cool of the morning.
No sulphur added before being whole berry pressed to stainless steel. Fermented for 10 days, and matured on lees for 6 months.

Food matches | A great aperitif on a Summer's afternoon with cheese, or served with seafood.
