A complex blend of white peach and hazelnut with lifted floral overtones. The palate is light and delicious with subtle texture, lively acidity and a crisp finish.
These organically grown grapes were carefully monitored during the ripening season and harvested in the cool of the morning to retain all the natural fruit characters. After de-stemming and crushing the juice was cold settled prior to temperature controlled fermentation which was completed in 21 days. Organic standards were rigorously followed in the vineyard and winery to maintain the natural fruit flavours of the Vermentino grape.
