Creamy lemon curd and almond characters with a touch of savoury and lovely texture in the mouth. This wine shows the natural style of Vermentino – full of citrus fruits, with a slightly saline, bitter finish. Refreshing natural wine, great with seafood.
Vermentino, hand picked, chilled in the cool room, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented “in the egg”, lees stirring, racking and bottling without filtration.
