This is rich wine with a lots of red juicy fruit character, cherries and plums with hints of liquorice and a savoury meaty tone. The palate is soft and approachable with some oak influence. Made without animal protein fining agents and bottled with zero added sulfites.
This wine was grown, vinified and bottled at Rosnay. The grapes were well ripened with deep red fruit character and bold tannins, and they were carefully made into a soft, easy style of wine with reduced skin maceration time and 3 months of barrel maturation. Made without animal protein fining agents and bottled with zero added sulfites.
