Classic Southern French style rose – dry, vibrant and fruity with a savoury undercurrent. This is a pinky peach coloured dry provincale style rose with rounded acid and red berry notes.
Unfined and bottled without any sulfite preservatives, this wine is organic, vegan friendly, and preservative free.

A fruit salad of varieties Shiraz, Grenache, and Mourvedre, hand harvested and gently pressed and vinified on site with no added sulfites or animal proteins. The resultant wine is soft, with a nice acidity and lots of blue and red berry fruit character. A classic light peach coloured dry provincale style rose.
