How exciting, a straight Preservative free Mourvedre. Vibrant crimson in colour, with a sweet earthy nose and flavours of sour cherry and dark plum and spice. The palate is smooth and savoury with rustic rounded tannins.

Unfined and bottled without any sulphite preservatives, this wine is organic, vegan friendly, and preservative free.

In 2018 we moved from the Freedom Red Blend to varietal expressions with little or no blending, of which this pure Mourvedre is a classic example. Vibrant crimson in colour, with a sweet earthy nose and flavours of sour cherry and dark plum with rounded tannins to follow. Unfined and bottled without any sulfite preservatives, this wine is organic, vegan friendly, and preservative free.
